The lady serving at breakfast was exceptionally kind and caring, making the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended!The reception staff were also very friendly and always willing to help. Liked: We are absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel in Rome! It met all of our expectations – from the smooth check-in process and outstanding service to the friendly and helpful staff.One of the absolute highlights was breakfast on the rooftop terrace – even in early April, we were able to enjoy our meal outside with a stunning view over the city. The breakfast itself was not only delicious, but the setting made it truly unforgettable.The location couldn’t have been better – just a few minutes’ walk from the Trevi Fountain, right in the heart of the city.We are extremely happy with our choice and will definitely be coming back!
Disliked: There was truly nothing to complain about – everything was well thought out and handled with great attention to detail. Even the city sounds from cars and people passing by in the evening were never disturbing – we didn’t even need earplugs.

Liked: Ahmed was great dealing with out problem and communicating.
Disliked: There was a terribly foul smell in the entrance and stairs that reached our room, which was on the first floor. Apparently it is a recurring problem and it really sucks on Sonder's part to keep on putting guests there, knowing that they will have a problem.

Scam, do not recommend

Disliked: The room location right in the check in counter… we paid the same price as a regular room (15 euro less) and got a terrible room that you can hear the outside staff walk in, do check in. It was written in the tinniest letters and we weren’t able to see because the price was full and didn't reflect that at all. Felt like a dorm room. Really wasn't worth 200€ per night. We asked to switch rooms but the answer was no. 3 days for the manager to respond and didn't compensate us at all! Wouldnt recommend to anyone i know, the small letters thing is really a scam and not ok, this room should cost half. Werent happy with the room.
