I enjoy Sonder and the...

Liked: I loved the simplicity of check in and having it be independent! Location was perfect. The room itself was spacious.
Disliked: When I first got there the front door wasn?t locked like originally stated which felt a little unsafe. I felt if it was as easy as it was for me to get up, anyone could. The staff was there the following days which made me feel better! Truthfully the room was very dirty and the coffee machine was broken.

perfect location to stay to...

Liked: perfect location for exploring New York. close to all the major lines, never too far to walk. staff were lovely and attentive.
Disliked: bathroom requires some attention with maintenance. the toilet had developed a leak so there was small amounts of water on the floor. wifi also dropped in and out.
