Liked: Location spot on. Staff all extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and fresh rooms.
Disliked: Mattress on one of the beds could do with turning or replacing in room 202

Liked: I like the location as it was right where I needed to be for work
Disliked: I was really disappointed in the communal area between the reception and the left. There was a Costa Coffee that used to be there. This was being renovated and the workmen were tools different levels of Flooring and there was no advice of this when booking the room was very disappointing as it was clearly a health and safety risk.

Good stay
Liked: Good location. Room was small but cozy. Nice design.
Disliked: A bit noisy between rooms. Bathroom was small, shower faucet not very comfy. Mattress was not great but we managed. They never came and cleaned the room during the 6-day stay. I would have expected so at least once.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, adjacent to several subway lines and very close to Paddington station. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is relatively new, with ongoing renovations on the ground floor. One of the main factors in selecting this hotel was the presence of an elevator. However, upon arrival, we found that the elevator was out of order. It remained non-functional for two days and then experienced intermittent issues for another day. This situation caused significant inconvenience.The room is quite small, offering limited space for luggage and clothes. It would be suitable for one person but not for two. There is no room service, and a fee of £25 is charged for cleaning the room. While this might not be an issue for stays of two or three days, it becomes problematic for longer stays, as there is no cleaning service provided even for stays extending to 10 days. Guests are required to manage everything in the room themselves, including replenishing toilet paper, coffee, tea, towels, etc., by requesting them from the concierge when needed. Obtaining garbage bags proved to be difficult.This arrangement would not be problematic if it were clearly communicated at the time of booking. However, it seems more akin to an Airbnb setup rather than a traditional hotel experience. Additionally, there are no restroom facilities available at the reception area. On a positive note, there is a convenient luggage storage service available, which was particularly helpful given the elevator situation. The level of assistance provided by the staff varied, with some being more helpful than others.

Liked: close to tube stationcentrally located modern room with nice stylish touches
Disliked: the noise from the traffic outside on edgeware road is unbearable and makes it difficult to sleepthe lift wasn’t working so it was a long walk up the stairs to the third floor the reception staff was abrupt and unhelpful when i entered the building they just told me to check the app for more check in information and didn’t want to helpthe toilet seat was broken and dangerousthe toilet roll holder fell off when i tried to use ithotel felt a little unsafe due to unhelpful staff no camera and pin entry on a busy street
