Quaint and nice atmosphere; nice little courtyard; just a little cramped but was alone so not so bad.
Liked: A band member, his wife and myself enjoyed dinner before the show.

Pleasant.
Liked: The location. Very close to our hospital, Cedar Sinai Medical Center.
Disliked: The Inability to select our seating in the Patio area. The area(s) were unoccupied. However, other guest were allowed to select their tables and received their meals before we were served. We were first to arrive and last to receive our meal.

Very comfortable beds in a...
Liked: The bed was probably the most comfortable I have had at any hotel anywhere is the world. The front desk staff were friendly, but not always there as there are not many staff. The water pressure in the shower was great. The rooms are compact - as long as you are expecting that then you won’t be disappointed. The parking dude is very friendly. The rooftop views are great. Walking distance to Rodeo Drive and a good location for jogging around Beverly Hills and Santa Monica Boulevard. Great location if you are going to a concert at The Troubadour.
Disliked: There is a restaurant in the hotel courtyard that plays Italian operatic cover songs very loudly (and Beyoncé at 9:30am). Do not get a courtyard facing room if you are planning on getting back to the hotel before 10:30pm or you want see to sleep in until after 9:30am. Parking is $30 a day and there didn’t seem to be other options nearby.

An experience that I will...
Liked: Location and convenience for my work day.
Disliked: The front desk employee Gwen, or however you spell it, offered by far, the worst, most disrespectful, and discourteous experience I’ve ever received from an individual employee! Her dish behavior has ensured that I will never frequent this property ever again!

Avoid this hotel..
Liked: The place was clean and good location.
Disliked: I had an appalling experience at the Beverly Terrace by Sonder. Despite claims of round-the-clock staffing, when I and another guest were locked out at 3 am, freezing in the cold for almost an hr, there was no one at the desk. We banged on the window to awaken a friend of the other guest just to get back in. When I decided to check out early due to the unacceptable service, they promised a refund that never materialized. Instead, they kept me waiting for over a month, offering nothing but excuses and empty promises of a "review." Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you enjoy freezing outside while staff hide away and promises of refunds vanish into thin air.
