Two day break
Liked: The staff were very pleasant and helpful, always smiling and happy to assist. Even if they were busy, they still made the time to stop and assist with whatever you needed, even if it was just to chat. The room was very comfortable with everything you needed. It was across from the main building so we weren't disturbed by any celebrations. The meals were very filling and plentiful (the steak pie is a must) absolutely delicious

Liked: Fabulous friendly place, staff go above and beyond. Breakfast lovely. Beautiful and exceptionally clean rooms and chalets. First time we have stayed in gretna. Was impressed and also theShopping outlet walkable from hotel. Whiskey distillery 15 mins drive.
Disliked: No taxi's or Ubers.

Great hotel, and great value...
Liked: Never been dissapointed here. Friendly people. Comfortable accommodation, nice restaurant/bar and well priced menu.
Disliked: No issues.
