Liked: Fabulous friendly place, staff go above and beyond. Breakfast lovely. Beautiful and exceptionally clean rooms and chalets. First time we have stayed in gretna. Was impressed and also theShopping outlet walkable from hotel. Whiskey distillery 15 mins drive.
Disliked: No taxi's or Ubers.

Great hotel, and great value...

Liked: Never been dissapointed here. Friendly people. Comfortable accommodation, nice restaurant/bar and well priced menu.
Disliked: No issues.

Good location for travelling the...

Liked: Great location being about halfway for our trip from Campbeltown to Hampshire. Ample parking. Very clean. Excellent choice of food.
Disliked: Bathrooms in the annexed rooms are very small. Wi-Fi still doesn’t work in this area either, as mentioned in last year’s review.
