Liked: Comfortable bed, good shower.
Disliked: There was no one at reception when I arrived. I had to call an emergency number - and then wait 15 minutes for someone to come. I had informed the hotel of my late arrival, so I was not impressed.

Liked: Very clean, extremely friendly staff, room bigger than expected, comfortable beds, good location (close to tram and bus stops but silent street)

Perfect for our requirements

Liked: Large room, very warm. Two single beds, but we did not mind. Shower powerful and hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast typical German type breakfast with a good selection of fresh bread, cheese and meat.Hotel easy access to public transport, Tram and Bus
Disliked: Noise from corridor when other guests outside talking

Good options for singles or...

Liked: The easy parking, the location near friends in Pankow, and the interior ambience were all benefits. Nice breakfast and offered gluten-free options, but I was never clear if the bread I had was truly separated from the other.
Disliked: It was a little unclear to me when booking that my husband and I would be located in separate rooms so far from each other. This seems to be a very good single option with some rooms for doubles. I better understand now how the room sizes and choices work. One street view room near the entrance door was generally quiet, but less desirable when people came in late at night and were very loud in the hallway with their talking and laughter. The other room was nicer with a quieter, location and quieter view.
