Disliked: Noisy bar at night. Messy maintenance staff. Poorly trained staff. Poor communication. No interest in customer satisfaction.

Liked: The room and facilties were very good, indeed. The location was excellent and the staff at the Soho Grand, outstanding.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great location with a buzz!

Liked: Great location and a really buzzing place! The doormen were always so pleasant, and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the A,C and E train. We would definitely recommend this place. The hotel does have a late night bar with loud music but you can't hear this from your rooms.
Disliked: The hot water did break in the hotel for 24 hours, but this is outside of the hotel's control, and without making any complaint, we were sent a letter of apology and two days worth of free breakfast.

Liked: The location is perfect if you plan to hang out in the Soho and downtown area. The food was excellent at the diner and in the bar and lounge.
Disliked: They were out of stock on several items we ordered at the bar that were on the menu.

Disliked: Nothing really but it was a bit too expensive for me
