Disliked: Room was tired and smelt old compared to the Facade of the hotel. Bathroom wall and door are translucent glass!..I was there with a business colleague in a twin room so that was a bit awkward!

Elegant hotel in a cool...

Liked: The staff was friendly and very helpful, the location is one of my favourite areas of Brussels, lots of really nice cafes and restaurants, parks, around. The room was beautiful, beds super comfy.
Disliked: I had asked for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper, but on the first day we realized that we had been given a room that was connected to the next. We could hear everything the couple in the next room was saying/doing. We asked to be moved to a quieter room, but fortunately the other couple was checking out that day so they just let that room empty until we stayed there... So the problem was solved.
