Disappointing

Liked: The kitchen facilities and location
Disliked: The first night i checked in they had no sheets for my bed (approx 10.20pm when I checked in) and had to spend the night on the rubbery mattress, when I got to the room the place was in a mess and other guests were using my bed as storage, the 6 bed rooms are incredibly uncomfortably small and feel like prison cells, three high bunks are too small and feel unsafe, the lift is rubbish and the toilet facilities are disgusting

Can’t wait to return!

Liked: Excellent location if attending BST concert at Hyde park just a ten minute walk. Close to train and bus stations. Exceptionally clean. Staff are amazing especially Leo. Spacious cooking areas and dining areas. Lovely bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
Disliked: Nothing at all

Liked: En-suite bathroom in my room, which was clean and had good facilities. Beds fairly comfortable and had curtains which was nice. Big lockers in the room to store luggage.
Disliked: The room was very hot, but did have fans which helped a little. Room was tiny for 6 people.
