Pleasant

Liked: Great location and good price. Comfortable mattress and duvet. Lovely kitchen facilities and common area. It’s great to be so close to the bus stop, tube station and shops.
Disliked: Top bunk is uncomfortable to climb down from. Bathrooms very small and basic. No towels provided. Staff smoking outside the door and not at front desk.

Good

Liked: Location is convenient especially if you are taking the trains to/from Kings Cross / St Pancras. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Basic hostel . Not very comfortable beds or pillows. Towels for additional cost. Cleanliness can be improved .

Bad

Liked: One person sang outside from 1 a.m. to 2 a.m., but the night manager took no action. Because of that, I couldn't sleep.
Disliked: The walls are uninsulated, making them susceptible to noise. You can hear everything from the bathroom, including pooping and peeing.

Good

Great communal area and location

Liked: The communal facilities were brilliant, large shared kitchen, and lots of seating and a nice outdoor area for in the middle of London. Great location, Camden very nice area of London. Lot's to do and great transport links.
Disliked: My pillow was rather uncomfortable, very hard and lumpy.

Functional, well located and well...

Liked: The common spaces are really good, the kitchen is big and clean, as well as the dinning space and common living
Disliked: The rooms are too small if you are traveling with big luggage, its hard to find a comfortable space to leave your stuff. The bathrooms are a bit tight too but functional. There are not enough plugs for nowadays tech (only one usb in the bed and two plugs for all the room -12 people-)

Liked: Quiet good location
Disliked: .The receptionist was very rude and not helpful in the slightest no information given on facilities just couldn't wait to book me in and get rid of me..also was very rude about my age saying I was too old to stay there ( I wasn't aware of age restriction) and honestly thought he wasn't going to let me stay so at just before midnight on a Saturday night in Camden that would have been a major issue for me being a 67 year old female solo traveller with mobility issues but thankfully I could stay but he was still very rude about it
