Liked: Location was awesome. Right in the old city center. Room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. That included an umbrella, windows to let in fresh air, hair dryer and coffee. Hostess was the absolute best!
Disliked: Nothing to note.

Liked: Amazing location, housekeeping staff was very nice, facilities in the room were really good from the toiletries to the coffee to the Smeg appliances. Room size was very good
Disliked: No hotel bar, had to convince the staff at the restaurant to allow me to get the nightcap there. Check in felt a bit cold and unlike what I had read online.

Quirky hotel and fantastic host!

Liked: A unique and quirky hotel with very uniquely decorated rooms in the old town area of Salzburg. Ulrike - the lovely host - though made our stay so memorable. She gave us some great recommendations both for one of our day trips and our route onwards to Vienna. So lovely. Restaurant was great too (even with the louder party at one of the tables!!!).

Liked: The host was very very nice and funny and passionate. Very personal treatment. She was available for all the informations and beyond. The hotel has great location and the rooms are cozy, detailed and very comfortable. Amenities are carefully selected. Dinner at the restaurant was tasty and the staff very friendly. Great choice for your stay in Salzburg.

Best hotel ever

Liked: One of my favorite hotels in my 60+ years of travel. The hotel staff - all of them - are incredible in everyway. Breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect.

Must stay here in Salzburg!

Liked: WOW! what an experience! We were greater very warmly at check in; the rooms are nothing short of incredible; breakfast was fabulous! Definitely value for the price. We’re planning to stay here again when we return for Christmas Market.
