Stained mattress

Liked: The location was good for the price. Good welcome
Disliked: Stains in the mattress, employe said that i should talk to the receptionist the day after to get compensation but the receptionist said that i should send a direct email to them and not use Bookings website, i found that odd. And the we got accused that we were making to much noise, when we were not. Employer knocked at our door at 2 am.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff,comfortable beds. On booking I was allocated a mixed dorm but I requested a female dorm and the kind receptionist managed to allocate me to an all female dorm
Disliked: Climbing onto the top bed was very difficult.

Liked: Clean beds and quiet location but minutes away from tram so I was able to travel into town.
Disliked: All waa okay.

Excellent

Liked: Excellent hostel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a budget room (bunk with no window) and despite being smaller it was great! Kitchen facilities were excellent, well stocked and spacious. Plenty of room for guests to sit in common spaces.
Disliked: Nothing to fault
