Sloane Square Hotel

Recommend the hotel walking distance to the venue; every member of staff so friendly; kept our luggage. Wonderful stay - will definitely return.

Liked: Staff; cleanliness of room; quiet room, so super nights sleep every night; fab breakfast next door.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location excellent.
Disliked: Room was small. Tea station was stuffed in a wardrobe next to bed and too difficult to get to and use. Can’t plug into wall on table due to wall moulding.

Liked: Localisation, architecture, comfortable bed, mostly competent staff members
Disliked: Too high and small window which makes room dark in the daytime, and also no ceiling light. There was no hot water in the shower - something was wrong with it. The girl in the Reception was nice and smiling but seemed incompetent and not understanding.

Great location, but pricey for...

Liked: The location is ideal, really close to the underground station and close walking distance to upmarket shopping. There were a few restaurants nearby, however, didn't go to any. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was not as upmarket as I thought it would be. The price for my room was expensive. When I ordered room service, it was confusing and it wasn't clear if I had ordered for the room or ordered to eat at the restaurant. When I tried calling the restaurant and the front desk, neither picked up, even after trying several times. In the end I walked downstairs to the restaurant, only to be told that I had ordered for the room.

functional hotel - I would...

Liked: location good, Hotel tidy & clean but needs up-dating - staff helpful - room up-grade - basically just a bigger room wasted space - wardrobe so tall
Disliked: No cooked breakfast - bath showers my pet hurt... bathrooms small but functional. Bed uncomfortable, lumpy - no kettle - noisy corridors and a lot of guest banging doors at night. - thin walls! quite a lot of outside noise with window open as no air con.

Liked: Luxurious hotel in a gorgeous part of London. Great location. Glass of complimentary champagne on arrival was a fantastic surprise.We were too early to check in on arrival, so left our luggage with concierge. It had already been taken to our room when we checked in later. Loved this, was a lovely touch.We booked the smallest room, but was enough for us, lovely comfy bed.All staff we really helpful, and smiley. We stayed in July as we were going to the Wimbledon tennis final, the tube station went straight to Wimbledon station, which was a big plus. Can't wait to book again for our next visit to London. We were room only, so didn't get to taste breakfast
Disliked: Bathroom door didn't close fully. Which wasn't the best, when you needed to use the toilet, in a small room
