Sex stains on the couch...

Liked: My room was disgusting. There were sex stains on the headboard that I brought to the attention of the night clerk. Her solution was to give me some Lysol wipes. There were more stains on the couch. There was no night manager and no manager present at 8:00am. No wonder this place was so gross. Don’t stay here.

Nice place for the few...

Liked: Only dislike is at a certain hour you had to enter in the side doors using your key card. The front doors aren’t always accessible and made it inconvenient.

Liked: The location was convenient for us as it was 10mn from our grandson who we were visiting before his military deployment. But the fact that the train tracks are just across the road from the hotel and that the trains whistles for a close by crossing woke me up three times during the night.it didn’t bother my husband though.
Disliked: Apparently the hallways are not vacuumed daily as some pieces of papers remained at the same spots for the three days we were there. We arrived at the hotel exhausted from our long drive and after showering went straight into bed without checking the sheets like we normally do.The next morning as we opened the sheets to ventilate we noticed the bottom sheet has grey stains and a few small blood stains. We complained at the reception desk and the bedsheets were changed.
