Disliked: No elevator. The ac unit was NOT on in our room when we checked in. It was extremely hot and muggy. It took forever to cool the room down to be able to sleep.No drink vending machines. It’s bad when you can’t even get a bottle of water.I called HOURS before we checked in to request a room on the first floor due to no elevator. I had neck surgery and cannot carry luggage up and down stairs. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. We check in and there are no rooms left on the first floor. We had to get someone else carry our luggage up.

Liked: It was convent to what we were doing in the daytime. It was good to have the microwave and refrigerator in the room.
Disliked: It was in need of repairs. There was a layer missing in the floor in front of the stairs. The sofa and chair in the lobby were dirty. There was mold on the caulking in the shower. What they used to clean the rooms had a strong smell. I put the do not disturb sign on my door so they wouldn’t clean again while I was there. The breakfast was pitiful. The bagels tasted like dough, there was no butter just some kind of spread and no protein. Some hard boiled eggs at least would have been nice.

Liked: I liked everything EXPECT the owner.
Disliked: The owner was very rude and disrespectful when I only asked for a receipt. Told me to "walk next door to the competition and ask if they'll give you a receipt for your deposit," before he would finish my check-in, but I only had on pajamas. It was demeaning, ridiculous, and COMPLETELY unnecessary. I stayed at this location before and gave it 10⭐️'s. I'm definitely fixing that rating now.
