The room was way too small. They did have complimentary breakfast. When we went downstairs to eat breakfast, the cleaning woman was taking garbage out of the garbage cans and then went and touched the food without washing her hands. We did not eat there.

Great hotel for the price. Location is convenient to everything. Went to a concert at the Verizon Wireless Ampitheatre and the hotel staff recommended transportation services and numbers. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were average. Will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Charlotte!

Overall it was a good...

Liked: Very good location, breakfast was good too. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: We had a broken grab bar and broken TP holder that were never fixed, and the ice machines were broken.
