The room was way too small. They did have complimentary breakfast. When we went downstairs to eat breakfast, the cleaning woman was taking garbage out of the garbage cans and then went and touched the food without washing her hands. We did not eat there.

Great hotel for the price. Location is convenient to everything. Went to a concert at the Verizon Wireless Ampitheatre and the hotel staff recommended transportation services and numbers. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were average. Will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Charlotte!

Disliked: The staff was very disrespectful and the light-skinned woman who worked at the front seat that checked me in tried to tell me I still owed a deposit and I had already paid the deposit over the booking app so then she got an attitude with me after I told her I already paid it and wasn't going to pay it again and she kept commenting that she was going to lose her job

Disliked: The staff at night the lady was rude to customer's and needs to be replaced or this place will go down she charges us a 200 dollar deposit and didn't charge the other ppl that much when we were told that it was no deposit if we were coming I'm from out of town.she was very rude and it was a uncomfortable check in

Warnings by front desk person to other patrons noise will not be tolerated and hallways will be monitored (one warning and out). Run down furniture. Family member got stuck in bathroom — had to use cell to connect with customer service to be forwarded to front desk due to non working phone). Got locked in the bathroom. Waffle sour. Was taken to office behind the counter to speak with manager
