Sleep Inn & Suites Lincoln University Area

The Sleep Inn was a wonderful surprise. Though the price was very reasonable, it never felt like a budget accommodation. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated; the morning breakfast offerings were well beyond what I usually find at the competition. I will definitely come back!

Liked: Friendly staff; immaculately clean; ice water and cookies on offer in the lobby.
Disliked: No complaints!

Exceptional

Liked: Our room was clean, quiet, & comfortable, and the hotel was located in a nice and quiet part of town, away from the highway, but not too far. We liked having 2 queens and a sofa sleeper for our family of 5. Our room was good size.

Liked: The rooms are impeccably clean, high quality, the bed very comfortable. They were gracious to let me check in 2 hours early after a long drive from Chicago. The best place I've stayed in in the US over 3 weeks of travel. Would definitely return.
Disliked: The breakfast was very limited. The shower has very low water pressure.

Pleasant

Disliked: AC would not allow adjustment to lower temperature for sleeping. Seemed automatically set to 71° no matter what temperature the guest selects. Too warm for sleeping and short night as a result. The second elevator was still broken for two stays now. Big delays when the hotel is busy. First disappointing stay here.

Liked: Room was very comfortable for a family of 4. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Really nice breakfast!

Liked: Breakfast was good even tho we came down with 30 minutes remaining. I liked they had 3 luggage carts to use.
Disliked: This felt like very ‘used’ property. A lot of bad smells in different parts of the hotel, especially the halls. I’m guessing it need new carpet. Maybe an overall refresh. With that I feel the property was overpriced. Took awhile to be helped when first came in. Maybe have a bell? One of the elevators wasn’t working. There should have been signs at each level saying.
