Disliked: On June 20th, my husband fell while getting out of the shower and hit his head on the toliet seat. Went to see the reservationist for some bandaids - man said his first aid kit was empty.

Liked: My over all stay was pleasant, I only stayed one night.
Disliked: my room had writing on the bathroom wall and hair particles in the stink, on the toilet and in the tub.

Liked: The location was great for our distance to the event we attended.
Disliked: The carpet inside the rooms could use a detail shampooing or either pull it all up. There was a mild odor in the room. The microwave was not usable once we put it on it begin to start flashing and making noise as if it would explode. The showers can be updated as well.

Good but not great because...

Liked: The food was good. I happen to love waffles so I was happy! The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There were some negatives. The drain in the bathroom did not work . I mentioned it twice and was told it would be fixed. I was not and I was here for a week. I also mentioned that the microwave did not work. The surge protector it was plugged in to did not work. The fridge did not work either but I could plug that into the wall. The cord for the microwave did not reach the receptacle. Again, I mentioned it but it was not fixed. No idea why these simple things were never done.

Liked: The room size and the beds were nice, as was the decor of the room.
Disliked: The carpeted halls made it a bit difficult to roll my wheelchair on bc the carpet was older, worn and stretched so it would bunch up a bit in places. The bathtub had rust in it, and the phone system did not work. I tried to call the front desk from the room, they couldn’t hear me. I tried to call the front desk with my cell phone and it would ring 2x and disconnect. When I tried to tell the front desk clerk and got an “ok”. No apology, no we will look into it, nothing. Just ok.The beds are too high, particularly for a handicapped person. Had a very difficult time getting in the bed.Also, a “full” breakfast was advertised but it was watered down juice, make your own waffles, white bread toast and cold boiled eggs. Seriously?
