Liked: The location was accessible to all major highways, restaurants, shopping malls, and away from the highway enough to not hear traffic.. The room was of good size, beds were comfortable, shower temperature and water pressure was perfect. There was a pool there which we did not check out so can't comment on that. Amenity. The lobby was well stocked with brochures and menus of attractions and restaurants in the area. Check in and check out was simple. Staff was accommodating. The breakfast was adequate with variety of muffins, Fred's, cold cereals, instant oatmeal, various juices and hot drinks , apples and yogurt. The value was top notch.
Disliked: My husband who likes his eggs and meat is always a bit disappointed when those are not offered in the breakfast. But finding those items for the price we paid would be unusual.

Liked: The breakfast was ok. I believe things have changed after covid. Like preparing your own waffles, which i thought it was cool because the mix is ready for you to pour into the waffles maker. Staff was beyond awesome. Thank you for making us welcomed. The front desk is the eye of the business.
Disliked: My opinion, the bathroom sink and especially the bathtub

Decent place but needs some...

Liked: Quiet location, plenty of pillows, staff was friendly. Housekeeping left plenty of towels and wash cloths each day.
Disliked: Room 120 had a wet feel to the carpet most of the time. I assume from the humidity from the ac unit. Shower rod was a curve type rod that was not tightly secured therefore the shower curtain slowly slides to the middle during a shower. We had to secure it to the grab bar with a hair tie to keep from having a pool of water in the floor. Subsequently there was mold on the walls on both ends of the shower. The kind that will need to be cut out and replaced so it’s been that way for a while. Towels could use some updating as they are just thin basic towels. Coverlet on the bed had stains and grease spots on one of the beds. We just folded it down to the end of the bed. Breakfast is basic. Waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, apples. If you are diabetic or don’t carb load not a lot of options there. What was there was decent quality.

Disappointing

Disliked: Key cards had to be reactivated every day. The first time the lady at the front desk told us it was because they were only set for 1 night even though we had a 3 night stay. The end time the man at the desk said they had been set to stop working the day before even though we had used it all day and it stopped working randomly at 9pm.

Pleasant

Liked: Beds and pillows very comfortable, great counter space in bath and bedroom. AC fan sound and quality very good.
Disliked: TV setup could have been better. Tub wouldn't drain well, Breakfast quality / coffee fairRoom carpet could have been. A slightly cleaner.
