Liked: Check in was easy. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Our phone in the room didnt work, so we had some trouble getting towels. The breakfast is carbs only, so it should be labeled as continental.

Liked: Friendly staff Cruise parking
Disliked: Breakfast was not as expected, only choices were cereal, breads and Waffles. No proteins or fruits.

Liked: Location is fantastic - right near freeway access, near shopping too. Hotel was mostly clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: There was a definite odor of mildew when you walk into the lobby. The smell continued to our floor (2nd) and in our room. We had to go to Target and buy deodorizer for the room.

Liked: Staff were nice and accommodating. Room was beautiful. Pool was nice.
Disliked: The breakfast needs to expand.

Disliked: The beds were hard with hard small pillows no comforter to sleep with. Didnt expect it to be so far away from the beach. Public Restrooms were dirty didnt flush toilet paper on floor.

Disliked: 1) Coffee bar was not set up complete. No cream nor stir sticks. Continental brkfst had no brkfst meat, eggs, wheat bread and bananas and oranges in addition to apples. 2) the hallways smell musty and lack bright, cheerful look

Disliked: Breakfast was subpar.

Disliked: My family felt discriminated by the hotel staff hotel personal was yelling and screaming complaining about we were making to much breakfast for the family hotel is disgusting no room service no clean towels no toilet paper they dont clean the rooms
