Sleep Inn & Suites Airport, Milwaukee

Very clean and well-lit. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. and wondered about the neighborhood and being dark outside. Staff was helpful and entire property was well-lit and safe. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast too!

Disliked: Nothing - perfect!

A very pleasant, albeit short stay.

Liked: Very comfortable bed - better than some I've slept on in 5 star hotels.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and considerate. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Disappointing

Disliked: It was our 3rd stay. It had been great previously. This time there was a stain on the sheet that is on top of the comforter. I called the desk and asked for a new one. They said of course and then it never came. Also the TV was very small, unlike the previous stays. Lastly, the walls are thin and the person next to us coughed all night long. It was hard to sleep and we didn't enjoy our stay, which was disappointing because we were really happy with the other two stays.

It was alright

Liked: Liked that there was a pool.
Disliked: The breakfast was the same. Some of the towels had hairs on them.

It was ok.

Liked: I liked that there was a pool.
Disliked: When we checked in, the room we had had stained comforters and pillows. So we had to get another room.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was very accommodating
Disliked: No hot water, lock did not work on our room Room just OK but pricy for so hum room. We had a king suite nothing to rave about. Will never stay here again. Much nicer places to stay for the price

Excellent stay for the price...

Liked: The staff was so friendly! They gave us a requested late checkout - even extended it further than usual! Room was clean and bed comfortable!

Great Hotel

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub area was awesome. They offered a great breakfast with waffles, eggs, cereal and pastries. It was an overall great value.. I will definitely stay here again!
Disliked: My only complaint was the bathroom in the pool area was a little dirty. When I mentioned this to the staff, they were nice about it and prompt in cleaning it right away..
