policy prevents check in late!!...

Disliked: your policy prevented my check in after 2am, it was 2:04 when I arrived, I had to sleep in my vehicle in the parking lot after a long drive due to your ridiculous policy. your check in area is set up horribly and there isn't even a front desk! never will I book a reservation to this hotel chain again!! your not thinking about your guests at all!

Everything and everyone was so...

Liked: We stayed at this hotel. On our way to our destination. We liked it so much we stayed again on our way home.
Disliked: The people were wonderful at the front desk and breakfast. My husband says the person that helped us at the front desk needs a raise. He said she’s great.

Nice stay, excellent pool

Liked: Nice location, beautiful mountain view and very clean swimming pool and nice hot tub, Decent breakfast.
Disliked: It was good, but looked a little outdated
