Liked: The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was helpful when I asked questions and they resolved my concerns quickly and professionally.
Disliked: I was initially provided a room that was identified as a non-smoking room. There had obviously been a smoker in the room as it stunk. I did request a room change and the staff handled my request quickly and professionally.

Disliked: Room had a definite overwhelming musty smell. The shower/toilet room was so tiny, we had to lean into the toilet to open the shower door. Just an overall feeling of old and stale.
