Key card didn't work. We were only there for one night and had to go downstairs 4 times the first day cause we couldn't get into our room! The lady made it seem like it was my fault and I had it too close to my phone or credit cards which we did not. My husband had them in his pockets with nothing else! Then the next morning we went down for breakfast and it was terrible - it was cold, bland, soggy eggs, hard bread and seemed old! So we said nope and headed back upstairs to our room so we could pack up and go somewhere else (and pay for breakfast even that was free) and couldn't get into our room again. Ugggh, so I go downstairs and she 'fixes' my key cards and I go back up to my hubby who is in the hall way waiting to get into the room once again and it still didn't work! It was just very unsatisfactory. We were there for our first out of state trip for our 11th anniversary. This is the first year we could go on a trip and this is what I will remember most ugh. We were so aggravated at this point it was ridiculous we will never stay there again!!

Liked: Only good thing was that it was clean.
Disliked: Key cards didn't work; breakfast was a terrible deal; lady was short with us.

It would have been fine...

Liked: Breakfast was decent
Disliked: The facility was evidently under remodeling and all baseboards were missing, wall paper torn, paint splashed ALL over flooring down halls and furniture from rooms stacked in halls.

Horrible

Liked: This place is so so dirty.. the halls were littered with smalls pieces of paper or drywall all over the hall floors.. rooms gta get disinfected as soon as we got there.. and he'll no we wasn't taking no shower in there.. guy at the desk seemed bothered by us even coming in. Acted like he was on blow or something.. super sketch place. Drive to next block and stay in that hotel bypass sleep in.
Disliked: Everything about the hotel was bad

Disliked: Smelled, construction items everywhere, house keeping knocking on the door at 8am with do not disturb sign on door, bed wasn't comfy.More like a $75 room instead of $160

Worst experience we have ever...

Liked: C.Breakfast , cold muffins & dry cereal. Plenty of coffee was a plus.
Disliked: Our room was dirty looking, mold all around shower door. Bathroom was clearly NOT mopped. Very dirty around commode. The outside wall where it meets the floor, you could see daylight in a foot long strip. Welcoming critters. One of the days we were there they turned the water off in our room for 3/4 of the day and was never notified about it. When we confronted the desk about it and asked to be moved to a room with water we were told that it was to be back on soon. 6 hours later is when we had water. 8:30 pm!!! No Showers, no flushing the toilet. No brushing teeth. We did ask for a discount because of the issues we had and it was a flat NO. Very unacceptable for a hotel. Still would like to discuss a refund.

Liked: Liked location. Disl8ked, breakfast was very limited, seemed to be construction going at the property.

Very good

Liked: Staff was very nice, especially Mary Smith at the desk
Disliked: Took awhile for water to get hot

Liked: Very close to the expo center
Disliked: Building seemed under construction… no ceiling tiles, walls patched up, just seemed… unfinished. Remote didn’t work, homeless present in lobby, housekeeping knocked at 730 am to flip our room.
