Good for a one night...

Liked: Eateries close by. Continental breakfast. Coffee in the lobby 24-7. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Proximity to 95-S.
Disliked: Only one chair in the room.

Liked: Everything was fine. I was disappointed that the property did not have an elevator...
Disliked: The night staff person was not customer service oriented and was close to being rude. Perhaps he needs additional training, or in the alternative, he should be replaced

Liked: Room was reasonably clean, hotel is tired (needs uplift). The staff was excellent. Breakfast was good.

Liked: No complaints. The staff at the front desk was super nice.

Superb

Liked: The hotel was fine; however, an elevator is needed. The night staff person was rude and had no customer service skills. He sat at the desk with his head down and neglected to greet guests even when we spoke to him. He needs to find another line of work that does not require interaction with others.The morning person was exceptional!
