Too close proximity to rail freight lines and interstate. Very noisy and disruptive. Could not get a printed receipt at checkout due to no ink for printer! Still haven't received the e-mail receipt nearly a week later. Have to have receipt for expense report. Not a very efficient system to say the least!

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Disliked: Jacuzzi broken; room service spotty at best; temperature extremely high in pool area; could improve on customer relations between front desk staff and visitor.

Overall location is great but...

Liked: It was close to the hospital
Disliked: It was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable and the comforter had a huge dirty stain on it. There was no pool towels and for having the ADA room there needs to be a detachable shower head with a cord to help those that can’t stand which our son struggles with so giving him a shower was a nightmare for him. The breakfast wasn’t great either and we had to end up going somewhere to eat unfortunately

Liked: Breakfast ok. Location not good. Homeless people in the parking lot.
Disliked: Water faucet in bathtub barely flowed. Very noisy people next door until 4:00 am.
