Sleep Inn and Suites at Concord Mills

Clean and neat room. Bed was very comfortable; very nice dining room and good food. Nice polite staff. Will stay there again.

Disliked: When we walked in the front desk staff didn’t acknowledge me and were gossiping an incident with a guest for at least 3 minutes and I was right at the desk and the girl looked at me. The hallway cleaning supplies smelled like the same cleaner that was used at nursing homes I worked in and i immediately got nauseous and a headache, the elevator ( the only one you have) is really slow and is not only used by staff but guests. I also didn’t like the $100 incidental deposit at check-in. There is no prior info about this and thankfully we had the extra money.

Damp, humid, but clean big...

Liked: Clean big room and bathroom for the money.
Disliked: First off staff greeted us in what looked like her nightly pjs (bonnet and all). I booked online and when arriving we were told they did not have the room I had already paid for and were moved to a different room. Room was very musty and wet feeling and no matter how low the AC unit was it never seemed to actually get cool in the room.
