Liked: Very clean with attentive and courteous staff. The price is great too!

I really enjoyed the room for the price. Maybe front desk could be a little more friendly. I don't think I would stay at this hotel again.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: People at front desk were rude or too busy with personal phone calls to answer questions.

If you would like a good night's sleep, I would NOT recommend this hotel. We were on second floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants lived above us. However, the worst part was our neighbors. Between 1:30 and 2:30 AM our dear neighbors opened and closed their door over a dozen times, SLAMMING it shut each time and waking us up. I finally called the front desk and asked them to please phone the neighbor. At seven am all the commotion resumed. I finally stuck my head out the door and asked them to please knock off the door banging. They seemed genuinely surprised....what!? WORST NIGHT OF SLEEP AT A HOTEL IN YEARS.

Disliked: When I got into the room I found one of the trash cans hadn't been emptied. The "hot" breakfast was barely warm the first morning and no juice. Third morning breakfast was not out at 7 and should have been out by 6.

Liked: I wasted my money I stayed one night only and never went back they refused to even give me my money back. Staff unprofessional. Carpet has a stank smell, room has a stank smell. The mattress was uncomfortable. I was not comfortable the first night.
Disliked: The smell of the carpet the smell of the room the mattress. I did not like the look of the shower I didnt shower. I honestly want my money back for the other two nights I did not stay I booked a hotel somewhere else smh.

Disliked: Front desk manager was very rude and unprofessional. She had very nasty attitude. She charged me an additional deposit fee. I didn't receive my welcome package like other guests received. Very unhappy guest.

Liked: The only thing I liked about this hotel was getting a shuttle from the airport.
Disliked: This hotel was absolutely disgusting. It smelt horroble in the halls, a combination of mildew, mold, and weed. Everything was grimy. The carpets were unwashed. There was silly string all over the walls. The bathroom door was so stuck it could barely open

Liked: The staff was friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient.
Disliked: The hotel, particularly the room, was dirty. There were numerous burn marks in the bedding and we killed a cockroach. It was not anywhere near a 2.5-star hotel.

Disliked: Room was not in the best repair. Hallways carpets badly stained. Musty odor throughout. Breakfast was pitiful. Worst coffee I have ever had at a hotel.
