Liked: Location and staff were great.
Disliked: Rooms and overall hotel very tired and maintenance wasn’t great.

Liked: Location and great sized family room.

Never again. Avoid.

Liked: There was air conditioning in the room- and the photographs looked great however, sadly they bore no resemblance to reality.
Disliked: It was probably the worst ‘hotel’ I’ve ever stayed in. Room was so poorly designed, bed was so u comfortable- the mattress was so old the springs were broken and there was a makeshift topper on it - which was actually a duvet folded over and under the sheet which didn’t fit the mattress. The whole room and commons space felt dirty, no fridge - which we needed for medicine, the restaurant looked like a staff canteen.

Liked: The two biscoff biscuits we got in our room, instead of the chocolates/cookies and fruit as stated in my booking
Disliked: Where do I begin... this is not a four star hotel by any means. In the description of the room I booked it said there were the following: bathrobes , toiletries including shampoo and conditioner ,fruit, chocolate/cookies and shower caps . Not one of these were in our room. I realise photos may not always reflect the room you book but the photos I saw of the room I booked were not even remotely similar to the room I was given. The "breakfast" , if you can call it that was sub standard for a hotel that is supposed to be 4 star. The photos of it on the website are not a true reflection of what is offered. It was cold and not much was offered as a menu.I have read the reviews of this hotel and the response and feedback given by the hotel is laughable. It says they encourage feedback from guests and try to sort out the problems they may have faced but clearly this does not happen ....as I wouldn't be writing this review!
