Not quite there

Liked: This a a typical 1950-1960s Americana motel, having seen better days.The layout of the rooms, the decor and just the original craftmanship is all-American. Back in the day this must have been a true wonder.The receptionist was very kind, and being silly Danes we took him for a Native American, but he is in fact from Bangladesh.Getting there and driving on the landscapes were breathtaking.We were woken by wild turkeys and and some rain, giving this motel just a bit more value.We had a good night's sleep, had a few hot baths, and were on our way.
Disliked: These days is looks a bit run down, and needs a renovation to get it back to it's original look and feel.Still a gem in many ways, but should have that renovation.They really should just drop the breakfast, as it was quite bad.

Disliked: 1. Shower on off switch is very old and not working properly 2. Bed bugs3. Windows so tight and dirty 4. Property owner is inpatient and rude 5. Breakfast is so little to choose. 6. Coffee machine not working in my room 7. No hair dryer in the room. Had to ask front desk 8. I asked for password to join internet. Then, he gave the wrong password intentionally. Then, i looked at on desk is correct one.

Pleasant enough, worth it for...

Liked: The location was great for both quick access to restaurants and entrance to the national park.
Disliked: The staff was not particularly helpful, it was not possible to lock the room and the breakfast was less then poor.
