Disliked: The room wasn't exactly clean and the hotel definitely seems like it was modified to accommodate more rooms.

Liked: Great location- two bedroom suite was very comfortable. Shower was amazing!!!
Disliked: Some parts could do with lick of paint but very comfortable

Liked: Everything. Staff is really kind. They have a locker for your luggage in case you need to use it and the rooms are really great

Exceptional

A nice property for a...

Liked: Location on a nice block close to other shops and restaurants. Clean well appointed rooms and restaurant attached. Doorman was very kind.
Disliked: No tea or coffee available at all as the shop and the Starbucks in lobby was closed most of the time. Trains nearby had closures and rerouting due to station rebuild, check before you go in case of a longer walk.

Ok but would not stay...

Liked: The location is fine, and the staff were so nice, always friendly and helpful. I checked out and was in taxi on way to the airport when they called me and sent a WhatsApp message to say I had forgotten my handbag! It was so nice of them, I was able to turn the taxi around and collect it.
Disliked: The rooms are terrible. We booked a 2 bedroom suite in order to have some extra space for our family, (and a separate one bed suite for the rest of our group) and the two bed suite was so tiny and uncomfortable. The sofa bed is literally one sofa, that barely fits a child. The bedrooms are tiny, no wardrobes at all for clothes, one tiny bedside table, and a tiny tv. The doors are strange metal doors and no space at all between one bedroom and the bathroom door. There is no fridge, or any amentities at all like a kettle for tea/coffee. There is a space where clearly a fridge used to be but now it’s an empty cupboard.. the rooms are not in any way relaxing, it was a good thing we were out and about almost every day during our stay as we really tried to avoid having to stay in the room for too long. So disappointing as they were not cheap. I would not recommend this hotel.
