Really happy with my stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable with simple but elegant decor. The location was very convenient, just one block from subway Q line, so easy access to uptown Manhattan (15 minute subway ride to Central Park and Times Square).

Liked: Friendly, accommodating staff. Good location. Clean and safe.

Great location, very clean and...

Liked: Excellent location, very clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff. I was travelling for work and I was given a quiet room as requested. The wi-fi was fast and stable, unlike many other hotels.
Disliked: I didn't love the a la carte breakfast, I wish there were more options for a light breakfast and coffee early in the morning.

A comfortable nest in the...

Liked: The SHERATON TRIBECA HOTEL has an ideal position for all who want live Soho and Tribeca districts by walking; then, the hotel is usefully located because it is on Canal Street and almost all the metro lines have one stop near the hotel. Very close to the hotel entrance, there is a mini-market, always open, very useful; at the 21th floor of the hotel, there is a beautiful roof top, from which you can see the spectacular view of the Empire State Building and the skyline; the room is comfortable and clean; the bed is the best that can be given; the shower box is made by cristal and it is wide and elegant; but the true “magic” ingredient of the service is the quality of people: both the staff at the reception (front desk and taxi service) and the management (Mrs Samoia, the director of the front office, and Mrs Sabrina, assistant front office manager) are perfect home owners. For my wife and me, all of this makes Sheraton Tribeca Hotel an element which cannot be replaced: we celebrate there our wedding anniversary since many years.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Great place to stay just...

Liked: Excellent location and excellent staff. From check-in, the bar and concierge to maintenance. Everyone's is really excellent.
Disliked: The hotel has placed a restriction on AC which wouldn't be a problem if the AC could cool the room off when you're there but it can't handle the load. The other problem is that it shuts off if you are not moving around. This means that the room will heat up while your sleeping. Disruptive sleep when you are literally paying for a place to sleep is not ok.
