Really happy with my stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable with simple but elegant decor. The location was very convenient, just one block from subway Q line, so easy access to uptown Manhattan (15 minute subway ride to Central Park and Times Square).

Liked: Friendly, accommodating staff. Good location. Clean and safe.

Very nice hotel

Liked: Everything was great, bed very comfortable, AC is great, big shower, room cleaned and new towels every day. Staff was very friendly and polite.
Disliked: Only thing I didn't like were the dodgy people hanging around the hotel area.

Liked: I loved everything about our stay at this hotel. Location was good, staff was extremely friendly, rooms were really clean, aircon was strong which was amazing in the hot days.
Disliked: The only two things that were a bit uncomfortable were:- Aircon - there was not really an option to set it up to switch on and off by itself. There was a function called 'Auto' but that just kept the Aircon on all night long and it was difficult to sleep without waking up either from the noise or from the cold air or from the heat when we turned it off.- Bathroom light - at night you don't always need to switch on the light to go to the toilet. However the bathroom light and the ventilation had a sensor so every time you walk in, they both kick in and the ventilation was extremely loud.However, these are only small things that could be improved. The hotel is still amazing, and I would happily recommend it to anyone!
