This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They were remodeling but it was still a nice place. Didn't spend much time there because I attended a concert, so I only used the hotel to sleep but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean room.
Disliked: Only negative - pool was not available

Didn't have much time here - checked in at 4pm, went to a concert and checked out at 8am. But from what we saw, it is a very nice hotel with friendly people. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The room was very clean and orderly. Plenty of towels and bathroom was spotless with lots of amenities available. I would recommend the Crowe Plaza to my friends and plan on staying there again soon!

Disappointing

Disliked: I the property charged me for the room after I had already prepaid at booking and now I’m going back and forth with Sheraton and My credit card company about the additional $238. So I will not use this hotel again

My stay here was awful...

Liked: I did not eat the breakfast, location of it from what I saw was a good area though!
Disliked: The price was way over board in my opinion especially when competition offer free breakfast or more on the menu

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel and I liked how friendly the staff were.
Disliked: The room was not clean. The floor was very dirty and the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. I booked our room through booking.com and it listed that breakfast was included in the price that we paid for one night. When we got up the next morning, we were told that breakfast would be $15.99 per person and it's not included with the room that we received.
