I would stay there again

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the AC was cold.
Disliked: Parking spaces were too tight. Almost impossible to get out of the car

Liked: Great location for us
Disliked: We were charged $24 for self parking, yet our Booking.com confirmation stated the parking charge would be $16. I showed my written confirmation indicating this to the front desk, they made a negative comment about Booking.com making this mistake often, and I was told the $16 confirmed rate would be honored. However, when I checked out the charge on my folio was $24 and when I asked about it I was told the correction would be made separately by someone who handles their accounting. That has not happened yet and I doubt it will at this point as I checked out yesterday and it has been over 12 hours with no correction made.

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: The hallway have no air conditioning. No exhaust fans in the bathroom. The pillows on the couch had horrible stains. The couch itself had suspicious stains and so did the phone.As far as the restaurant goes, had to go through 10 plates on the buffet to find a plate that wasn't dirty. Waitresses shorthanded not enough time to serve everyone.

Liked: We liked the staff's accommodating responsiveness to address our concerns in the restaurant during our breakfast.
Disliked: The hot food on the buffet bar was cold; however, the staff readily remedied the situation. The chef brought out hot food which was excellent service!
