This hotel was great! I loved the location; the front desk staff was very nice and professional, and the room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Check in was smooth and easy.
Disliked: The gate for garage parking was broken, and you had to buzz someone to open the gate everytime you needed to leave.

A nice, clean hotel with very helpful staff.

Liked: Shuttle drove us to the Cobb Center for the concert and picked us up at 11:00 PM although the service normally ended at 9:00PM. I will always use the hotel for concert stays. The dining room provided a great meal and service. No need to go out.
Disliked: None

Convenient to Truist Park for...

Liked: The breakfast was good, very convenient to Truist Park for the Braves game.
Disliked: I didn't like that I'd made a mistake during booking and accidently double booked my hotel room at check in the lady said she would put a ticket in to refund me the $438 for the second room that I didn't use, but guess that won't ever happen, so it cost me $900 for a one night stay.

Liked: Great staff, very friendly and helpful in all departments.The rooms are huge, well equipped, clean and very comfortable.Brilliant location for Braves Baseball at Truist Park and well connected by freeways.
Disliked: Nothing

Comfy bed and spacious room.

Liked: The check-in staff greeted me with a smile and the process was quick. They answered my questions with ease!
Disliked: The parking deck elevator was out of service when we checked out.

Noisy place

Liked: Walk to truist park fairly easy....pedestrian bridges to the battery
Disliked: Noisy roads below hotel. Motorbikes, trucks, racer types on Cobb parkway. Noise travels up from pool and from I 285 and Cobb parkway. This hotel is a bit antiquated.

Upsetting to spend so much...

Liked: Good location and clean
Disliked: Our toilet wouldn’t flush and there was no hot water in our room. The elevator at the parking garage was out and staff was not helpful.

Superb

Liked: Good breakfast, grits were correctly cooked.
Disliked: When I exited the parking deck, there was a $10.00 charge. Should not have to pay to park at your hotel.

Exceptional

Good locatio but not worth...

Liked: Nice looking property and clean.
Disliked: The free breakfast isn’t great (good mix but not tasty) and like another reviewer had said, the milk containers that are out at the breakfast station were spoiled! They weren’t past expiration date but they were spoiled. It must be how they’re storing them if this is a reoccurring issue. Hotel staff were average as far as friendliness. I did get a bit of a feeling they have better things to do but no one was rude. Also the sky bridge is still out.
