Disliked: Unhelpful staff. I’m Bonvoy Silver Elite and hotel refused to provide late checkout. I walk with a cane and had to move my suitcases by myself with no help to the lobby. Multiple staff didn’t offer to help other than a kind chef from the kitchen. Room was dirty with brown stains on the pillows. Hotel was very outdated as well. This was my very first time in Honolulu and this hotel made the trip such a disappointment. Other than the proximity to the Main Street I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I got way better service from other hotels in the area.
