Sheraton Phoenix Downtown

I loved our room - it was lovely and clean. I felt appreciated and the dinner in the hotel restaurant was fabulous. I would stay there again. Value for money spent.

Liked: The service from the front desk and every step of the way.
Disliked: Nope, all good.

Liked: The entrance of the hotel was stunning, the reception décor was beautiful also.
Disliked: I honestly did not enjoy my stay, the room was small and there was hair in my room on the toilet and dirt on the floor in corners. It was not very clean. the coffee machine in the toilet (which is not a great place for it to be by the way) was full of dust there way no way I would use that. There was no tissue to blow my noise I had to ask at reception for a new box. When we got in the room the lighting wasn't great so we pulled the curtains to my surprise the window was full of bird poo, it was horrible! so we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. Our friends also stayed here and there room was worse as she complained they offered her access to the Lounge for breakfast, we went for breakfast and it was poor iv had way better breakfasts in cheaper hotels. I would no recommend this hotel to friends.

Liked: I always love your coffee shop offerings and small bites ; I forgot to use the pool but I was so busy doing other fun things !!! I keep coming back to this particular property year after year with my kids and it’s always a pleasant stay
Disliked: The elevator doesn’t always read the room key or it takes several tries before it reads it and sometimes another person would swipe their card first and we had to wait for them to get off to attempt to swipe our card again and hopefully go to our specific floor

Liked: Only complaint I had was the extended period of time exiting the parking deck. Other than that the property was very nice. Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily which I loved.
