Shit absolutely worst stay I’ve...

Liked: The bed was comfortable other than that absolutely nothing. I’ve been to hotels that cost 30$ a night and they were 100 times better
Disliked: Just about everything band down the road that you can hear plane as day on the weekend. I had no cold water for about 4 of the 7 days I stayed which typically isn’t the problem but when the water will literally burn you and takes for ever to get cold enough to shower then it’s a problem. The breakfast was like 18$ after paying 200$ a night it also tasted like shit. There was no refrigerator or microwave all and all for the money it was it was probably the worst hotel experience of my life and I’ve been traveling close to non stop for work for the past 7-8 years of my life so I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. I also got stuck in the elevator

Very good

Liked: Convenience to venues we were attending and reasonable prices.
Disliked: Our room had a noisy & leaky AC unit (Room 611). We were moved to a better room which improved our experience. I appreciate the staff person upgrading our room.

Overpriced, dated hotel in a...

Liked: I have never stayed at a hotel that charged for breakfast. When I saw the charge on my credit card there was an additional $5 charge. Was that the tip? Because I tipped cash. I left a $5 cash tip, and I was charged an additional $5 on top of the $13 breakfast? I paid $23 for a crumby hotel breakfast!?!The best part was when the elevator stopped working in the morning. Thank God I was only on the second floor! I felt bad for the people on the upper floors that had to carry luggage down several flights of stairs. I can tell that this hotel may have been awesome back in the 80s, but now, not so much.Also, no mini fridge in the rooms and the ice maker was broken. And no coffee station in the lobby.
Disliked: Fix the elevators for God's sake. Don't charge and overcharge for what should be a free breakfast. Oh, and put a coffee maker in the lobby that customers can access 24 hours. These are very basic things to me.

Not deserving of the Sheraton...

Liked: Location and price for a Sheraton.
Disliked: The hotel is old. Two staff members in reception took a lot of time accommodating one customer and kept us waiting for a long period. Then we were charged extra without explaining why. On checkout we got the explanation. No blankets were available, staff stated they were out of any available blankets. The beds were old and mattresses springy and really comfortable.

Great views, good value, convenient...

Liked: Great location, loved the view and the value was great!
Disliked: There was some water stains and peeling paint on the ceiling and also some tile chipping in the bathroom. Things were clean, just outdated. Some carpeting needed changed/cleaned as well.

Exceptional

Very disappointed in this location...

Liked: Close to where I was staying.
Disliked: The pool was closed, the extra I paid for free breakfast was not honored on the weekend this I did not know or would not have chose club level to get free breakfast.
