Nice and comfortable room, but...

Liked: The location on the river and near restaurants and entertainment is exceptional.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator in the room, tissues only in the bathroom, no trash bags in the waist baskets, and no one in lobby area or entrance to help with luggage.

Liked: We were never told about breakfast in the morning not happy about that
Disliked: Your staff never told us that we had a continental breakfast in the morning not happy about that and probably not gonna come back

Overnight stay to see friends...

Liked: Beautiful location overlooking the Ohio River. We were on the 7th floor and had a partial view of the river but was still exhilarating to watch the river, air traffic, and local bridge traffic. Room we think was an ADA room so very spacious, clean, linens and towels very comfortable. The Sheraton fitness center was impressive with a recumbent bike that I used and was in a two room spacious center …..well thought out adjacent to the indoor pool. Gym towels, wipe off cleansing sheets, cold water, mats, weights made it complete.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was wonderful!!

Liked: We really like everything about the property! It was clean and comfortable! The pool was awesome and the hot tub even better! We ate at el nopal and hooters both were yummy! The vibe is so peaceful all around the hotel! I highly recommend!!

Nice location. Desperate need of...

Liked: It wasn't busy, and the location was great.
Disliked: The room was too small for 5 people, and they didn't have the extra sheets, blankets, or pillows for the sofa bed ready as I had requested. They did not have enough towels either. The bathroom toiletries were running low, so we had to request toilet paper a couple of times. The room is in desperate need of an update. The carpet was dirty and stained, and the wallpaper was starting to peel. There were no trash bags in any of the trashcans; thankfully, I had spare grocery bags to use.

We like the Sheraton. Convenient...

Liked: Breakfast was fine but we had vouchers and the food was the same everyday. Need to change up the menu some.
