Superb

Liked: Room was very spacious, bed was comfy and the view was amazing. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming
Disliked: The lighting the room needs improving and being able to control all the lights with a centralised switch would be far more convenient and better

Fair stay

Liked: The view to mid-Manhattan. The location was just 10 minutes by bus from Manhatan. Liked the king-size bed too, very comfortable for a couple and their child. Delicious food from the hotel's restaurant. Clean room with daily changes of towels. The hotel's reception helped us with our internet charges.
Disliked: Expensive with no breakfast! I would like the breakfast to be included in the room's price. Lots of noise in the nearby rooms. The hotel did not respond quickly to our complaints (the residents of the next room had a party!!). I did not appreciate the fact that a deposit was necessary to be held from my credit card.

We loved the hotel and...

Liked: The location and stunning view from the window, spacious and comfortable room and a very helpful staff. Great restaurant downstairs, little fridge, coffee and tea in the room, microwave and ATM at the reception. Easy connection to New York yet quiet and peaceful. We almost missed it when we had to move on, as if it was our home.
Disliked: The swimming pool was not that warm to want to use it in april and there is no shower/sauna cabin by the pool.

Liked: The room was large had a separate living area which was so nice to have that extra space… the bed was so comfortable best one yet.. and wow what a view of NYC
