Really nice looking hotel. Outdated, scary elevators that must be used to get to the parking area. Terribly annoying construction outside started early and didn't stop. Awesome pool top area with great views of downtown. Update the garage elevators and nix the construction and all is peachy.
Liked: Very nice rooftop lounge/pool setup on 9th floor!
Disliked: Loud construction noise started at 8am! Right outside room. Pretty annoying.

Great location; friendliness; handicapped showers were terrible - floors would get very slippery; more comfortable beds; need benches outside for people to sit. But the staff was the best - fun and very welcoming. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Liked: The staff was the greatest.
Disliked: More variety at restaurants.

Very nice room and close...
Liked: Only thing we would have you change are the heavy comforters on the beds. Sheet was not warm enough by themselves but the comforter was too thick and heavy.

Disliked: They overcharged my card. I paid with booking.com. Then put a $50 deposit down and then my card was charged other $61.00. They said a computer error.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Location was decent.
Disliked: Room was outdated, run down and not the cleanest. Shower didn't drain properly, the walls and ceilings had multiple unprofessional patch work done. The toilet was located under the vanity which wouldn't allow the lid to be fully opened. Very thin walls and the entrance door to the room had a 2 inch gap from the floor which allowed for more noise from the hallway to enter.
