Loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet costs are steep, but you are downtown Los Angeles.
Liked: The staff, the room and the restaurant.
Disliked: The faucet in the bathroom. It is too short and water goes all over the counter.

Close to concert venue (Club Nokia). Clean and comfortable. Courteous and helpful staff. Parking is a bit weird, but i guess that's normal for LA.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Being a StarWood Preferred Member also got us on the top 3 floors and 4 pillows on each bed! The TV screen did not work but the maintenance crew was there in 10 minutes to check it and when we told him we didn't really care and were there for a concert, he said they would replace it when we left. Also was given free parking by the desk and that was worth $28. All in all a great deal for the price - would stay here again.
Liked: Very attentive staff at desk/maintenance/lobby.

Beginning was terrible. End was...
Liked: Expensive breakfast. Nice location. Good property.
Disliked: There was a trouble during payment clearance!!! People suffered during check-in. We paid 3 room in advance and the reception claimed only 2 rooms paid out of 5. Later at the end they realised. It is not a good customer care.

Liked: Mi liked the size of the room. The bed was comfortable. I liked that there was an ice machine on every floor.
Disliked: I disliked how much parking over night was. Too expensive

Liked: I can?t say that I like much about this property, aside from the comfortable beds.
Disliked: Upon arrival at the hotel we had booked one 2 queen bed room and a king deluxe room. They hotel had sold out of the 2 queen bed room and had given us a party of 3 one king bed room. There are only 4 hotel lifts servicing 30 floors with a terrible system of allocating your floor number to a particular lift. You will be waiting at least 10 minutes for your lift. Parking in this place is so expensive at $52 - they have nothing complimentary for their guests. If you are not a Marriott member you will be charged for internet, if they can not verify your membership you will be charged for internet. Front desk staff provide terrible service and do not consider that you?ve been travelling for over 24 hours to get there and find your room sold out. Despite the hotel looking pretty, the internal workings are disastrous. Do not forget the additional room tax despite what bookings.com claims that it?s all inclusive. Will not be staying with this chain ever again, they have no customer service experience at all.

Liked: Location and concierge were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: 1. Checkin lady was coughing and she didnt wear a mask. 2. I checked in late night and wanted to request for some compromise by allowing me late check 1-2hrs without additional charges due to my late dept flight at 1030pm, was rejected. 3. My access card via the back from macy wasnt working hence i had to work back to main entrance. 4. Requested for spoon n drinking water on 1st night, it didnt come. 5. Loud noise were made on 1st night and 2nd night even louder noise thru out the night til 4am, totally disrupted my night. 6. During check out, treatment was direct and impatient. 7. I wanted to email Sheraton to make earlier booking but there was no email found on any website, i even send chat msg to Sheraton who replied will get someone to email me but noone did. Only usa telephone#, this has cause me to make a higher peak booking rate. I paid a high peak price for Sheraton and i am a member. This was totally disappointing and unexpected thru my 1st visit to LA.

Loved the getaway and staff...
Liked: The location is right in the middle of downtown. There is a mall and outdoor area next to it. We were able to get a little patio since there were no more rooms. We got a conference room which was nice, but had a huge table lol.
Disliked: No complimentary water. The elevator required key scan every time. Which is safe I guess, but weird.
