Loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet costs are steep, but you are downtown Los Angeles.
Liked: The staff, the room and the restaurant.
Disliked: The faucet in the bathroom. It is too short and water goes all over the counter.

Close to concert venue (Club Nokia). Clean and comfortable. Courteous and helpful staff. Parking is a bit weird, but i guess that's normal for LA.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Being a StarWood Preferred Member also got us on the top 3 floors and 4 pillows on each bed! The TV screen did not work but the maintenance crew was there in 10 minutes to check it and when we told him we didn't really care and were there for a concert, he said they would replace it when we left. Also was given free parking by the desk and that was worth $28. All in all a great deal for the price - would stay here again.

Liked: Comfortable and big rooms in the middle of DTLA. Business hotel.
Disliked: No complementary WiFi if you don?t book directly with Sheraton. Single day is $15 or $18 with more band width. Extremely expensive. No week passes or similar available. A standard business hotel will less of an individual touch.

Disappointed by Sheraton Grand property
Liked: breakfast very good
Disliked: Most of the time no one would answer the phone,poor concierge,crazy car parking ,credit card was authorized for double the total booking cost, took a while for the billing was adjusted and card unblocked,no room service after 12 am, reception people seemed lost blaming the computer system

Disliked: I arrived at midnight, reserved through booking.com. The confirmation number was given to the front desk, he seen the e mail. But he insisted there is no reservation in his system. Phone calls one after one to booking .com, but the person in the front office refused to get us in untill 2:30AM, , then he decided, ok i will let you guys in and have the manager deal with it in the AM. 7:30 AM manager called and e mailed that things ok. Why would the front desk let me in instead of 2 and have hours later. And there was no problems with the reservation. Hated the experience. Would never come back, and don?t recommend it. And no restroom in the lobby.
