Liked: Location is great , to the right is Hydepark , to the left is Picadilly Circus , and infront is the Green Park .Marvellous Location .Breakfast was delectable and Yummy .
Disliked: One of the two elevators was not functioning properly , so waiting time to get the elevator was longer than usual .

Liked: Location fantastic and may be the reason to come back. Staff at reception smiling and accommodating but initial room offered was too small (room was changed promptly upon our request). Staff at the lobby Restautant pleasant, smiling and willing to help. Employee at concierge very welcoming and welling to help ( we did not ask for help though, because we know London very well)
Disliked: house keeping can improve ( shower gel / conditioner not filled despite request / soap difficult to wash away . fixture below TV loose and fill down once, causing sudden noise / room view on the outside very unpleasant). Room initial selection was too small. Availability of doormen at the lobby gives the impression of great service but service was OK. Opportunity to up the service quality or cost reduction to be passed to room rate
