I will be more inclined to stay here again and I would refer others to this establishment.
Liked: Guest services were excellent.

Liked: Very comfortable good location for the airport and good food. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The shuttle to the airport is a private shuttle organized by the hotel. When you arrive or drop off a car you have to call for a shuttle which is not made clear when booking and tricky if your phone is not working!

Liked: Breakfast was not free and it should be
Disliked: I didn’t like how the shower in the bathroom was not as clean as it should’ve been. I shouldn’t be seeing someone else’s hair in the shower from a previous guest stay and then theg didn’t have any umbrellas for the tables outside by the pool to have some type of shade. The pool was clean though. someone who has a master Room key tried to get in to my room twice that is totally unacceptable. Whoever it was NEVER announced themselves or said something like “housekeeping “ it’s giving trafficking or stealing vibes. Brought it to the front desk attention they apologized and agreed it was unacceptable and said they’ll take care of it. I was also told they getting ready to start renovating the 3rd floor so it may have been someone who thought the room was not occupied and some staff members were new but my thing is if there are some type of renovation that’s getting ready to happen. Shouldn’t all your staff whether their new or not, shouldn’t they know that the rooms are still being occupied by guest.? If not then that’s crazy to not communicate with staff and the construction workers to let them know there are how many ever guest there is still on that floor. No one shouldn’t be coming in the room until after check in. This happened at 8 something in the morning and it’s not like the lady who checked me in didn’t know I was checking out at 12 andddd on top of all of that upon checking in to the hotel I was told about a 100.00 accidental fee which when I booked through booking.com on it said $50 so not only is the info not accurate w/ the third parties that they partner with, they bring that to your attention when you get there. she kept trying to take payment and it wasn’t working because I only had the amount on there for the hotel so that caused me to have to use another card which was also an inconvenience. It was supposed to be $50 and was already included with the total amount for the stay. I will not be back and that was my first and last time.

Disliked: The bathtub did not drain. The air conditioner for the room. Was so noisy and loud. The service in the restaurant during breakfast was non existent.
