Clark, San Diego, visiting Barclays Center
Liked: The restaurant and bar were fabulous, as were the staff (that's you Marie).
Disliked: The location of the hotel. Nothing interesting nearby.

There was a lot of confusion around the check-in desk. Besides that, the rest of the stay was enjoyable.
Liked: Room was clean and up-to-date.
Disliked: Very disorganized at check in.

We booked the Sheraton because we had tickets to a concert at the Barclays Center. Wish the hotel was closer - says within walking distance, however since we were unfamiliar with the neighborhood had to use car service. Car service was convenient when leaving the hotel but a little pricey for such a short drive. Overall, a great hotel - very clean and staff was friendly. Highly recommend, just be prepared to pay for car service if you are looking to venture away from hotel.
Liked: Clean; comfortable; friendly staff.
Disliked: Too far from Barclay Center.

We stayed on 12/8/12 for The Rolling Stones concert. Hotel was neat and clean and the staff was very freindly. From Johan (out front), Christian (front desk), Ely (bar), Armando (restaurant manager) and others, everyone made us feel welcome. Good food too. I would definitely go back!

Great stay overall
Liked: Location great, bed super comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly
Disliked: Shower pressure came and went which was frustrating, elevator was a bit clunky, no hot water jug for tea or coffee

Good location, but would not...
Liked: It was conveniently located
Disliked: The air conditioning in the room did not work. Notified the front desk multiple times, they said somebody would come and check it, but never did. Their solution was to bring up two fans and put them in the room. The temperature in the room remained high 70s low 80s the whole 4 nights we were there. I was told that a manager would be calling me and no manager ever called. I was also told that they would switch rooms but when we went downstairs to find out what room they said, they had no more room rooms.

Poor customer service
Disliked: Poor customer service. I checked out on 29/08/25, the customer service advisor informed me that she was unable to apply the 20% discount that I was promised upon my arrival on 15/08/25 due to the broken AC in my room. She advised me to contact the manager Danny and assistant manager Teri directly, as only the manager can authorise this adjustment.I have emailed the hotel twice now and I am still waiting for a response.

Liked: Didn't know that you had breakfast there I just saw a a restaurant in the hotel that you had to buy your breakfast
Disliked: Somewhere to wash your clothes

Fantastic Brooklyn location, the building...
Liked: The location was excellent and the staff particularly helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The building had a lot of problems, wifi/computer systems would go down, elevators were slow & at one point one quit working with people in it. Another afternoon the AC died.
