Beautiful room!

Liked: The room was beautiful!
Disliked: The check-in! I’d given more points but I didn’t like the check-in. We arrived at 6pm and there wasn’t anyone. That’s ok, but they should inform before on email or Booking’s chat the instructions for the self check-in! We had to call with our Italian phone number and this means expensive tariff. Every accommodation usually send the instructions one day or some hours before.

Liked: The room was very clean. It was much bigger than I had expected, and the kitchen was fully stocked like a real kitchen, and the staff was very sweet.
Disliked: The only drawback is that there’s nobody there after five and it’s a little difficult to get a hold of them if you lose a key which we shouldn’t have done, but sometimes those things happen
