Almost perfect.

Liked: Location, mostly clean.
Disliked: The smells, the pumped rose smell through the halls is overpowering and the scented soap. They need I wipe light switches, the switch in our bathroom had something red smeared on it.

Liked: Nice decor, decent cleanliness.
Disliked: The ceiling lights in the room kept flickering randomly for no reason. It was nice that they provided a wireless charger, but it made a buzzing noise whenever it was charging. So both those things turned out to be unusable for us. The staff wasn't really interested in fixing any of this when we complained. They just "took note" of the issues. The bathroom door has some magnetic/tight closure mechanism that makes is unduly hard to open. The steam/sauna/jacuzzi sound nice in theory but it is really tough to use such tiny facilities with 100s of hotel guests, specially in the evenings.

Liked: I was absolutely blown away by this hotel! I couldn’t stop being amazed at the level of service – it felt like every little detail was designed with care and love. From start to finish, everything was perfect. This isn’t just a hotel, it’s an experience. Truly world-class!
