Disliked: On arrival we were informed that we weren't actually even staying at the Shakespeare Hotel but at the Dolphin Hotel. Surely we should have been informed before arriving also having to fight tooth and nail to get any milk we were there for x2 nights with a grand total of x8 tiny milks.
